**1. Agreement to Terms:**
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.
**2. Coaching Services:**
Our coaching services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific results from the coaching sessions.
**3. Payment and Refunds:**
Payment for coaching services is due prior to the commencement of the coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.
**4. Confidentiality:**
We will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, except as required by law.
**5. Intellectual Property:**
All materials provided as part of the coaching services, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Life AFTER Narcissism Foundation and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
**6. Limitation of Liability:**
In no event shall Life AFTER Narcissism Foundation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the coaching services.
**7. Governing Law:**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
**8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:**
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By using our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
